  • Provide unlimited phone/e-mail software support from FreeAgent (subject to reasonable usage policy)
  • Provide unlimited free ad hoc advice
  • Prepare your statutory financial statements for submission to HMRC
  • Prepare abbreviated financial statements for submission to Companies House
  • Deal with all business tax matters, including preparing corporation tax computations and preparing and submitting your Corporation Tax Self-Assessment return.
  • Advise and facilitate a tax efficient remuneration strategy for the director/shareholders
  • Provide quarterly proactive reviews of your business
  • Prepare all of the necessary company secretarial paperwork during the year and allow you to use our office as the registered office address (if required)
  • Provide a payroll bureau (if required)
  • Provide quarterly VAT return assistance and reviews (if required)
  • Prepare forms P11D for employee benefits (if required)
  • Provide additional company car, personal tax and business tax planning (if required)
