History:

Rosan started her accountancy training after graduating from University with a BA Honours degree.

Rosan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994.

Current Specialities:

All aspects of Taxation, in particular, income tax, corporation tax and capital gains tax.

Accounting and advising for all structures of businesses’ from sole traders to Limited companies.

Advising start up businesses for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.

Advising on business structure and developments for clients.

Personal tax planning, including tax efficient remuneration packages.

Outside Interests:

Season ticket holder for a number of years at Northampton Saints RFC.

Travelling – especially in the far east.
